An early medical abortion, also known as abortion pill, is a safe option to end a pregnancy if you are less than 10 weeks. It is like a natural miscarriage and can be done at home or in a chosen safe space.

Surgical Abortion

10-15 weeks

Surgical abortion by vacuum aspiration is a minor procedure taking a few minutes, performed while you are awake using local anaesthetic. If you are less than 15 weeks this is a safe and effective option to end a pregnancy.
